Mr. Valdez  has handled over 41 homicides, 14 of which were Capital Homicides that  involved the death penalty. 

 

 The firm currently handles Homicides, Major Felonies in State, Juvenile and Federal Courts including Rape, Robbery, Illegal Re-entry, Ricco  violations, Weapons violations, Drug violations. All misdemeanors including DUI/DWI and traffic violations.

 

Domestic, civil rights, tort, cases taken on a limited basis and only upon referral from community organizations, former clientele, mutual aquintances or special circumstances.
